It was so fun! Our chef was Jason, very nice and experienced. We had excellent service from the bartender as well. No wait time, excellent food! Will definitely come back! One of the best restaurants experience I've had in a while!

Great food/chef. Horrible waitress/service. We had a 9 o'clock reservation and didn't get seated until 9:45. During the meal she had us do her work for her, never asked if we needed anything, and was rude. Because of this we decided that she didn't deserve a tip but we did give the chef a tip as he did a good job. On the way out she yelled at us and confronted us in front of the whole restaurant for not giving her a tip, she used foul language, and was very disrespectful. After we walked out we noticed she was complaining to other customers about what just happened. Before this I was a regular customer but now I am afraid she will do something to our food as she is the only waitress there.

I found this place to not be sanitary. The owner sweats alot while cooking and wipes the sweat off his brow on his chefs coat. Guests are allowed to also work with the food as a novelty and there is no hand washing or hairnets as part of this process. The taste of the food is much like other hibachi places but seems like higher salt content. No atmosphere since it was a minimally modified pizza hut. Not a great value for what I paid. I'd prefer a different hibachi restaurant next time. Pricing is lower than other hibachi restaurants but you get what you pay for. I was also not impressed with the waitstaff.

If this is the best Hibachi in Green Bay, I would hate to eat at the worst. Eating Hibachi has become a favorite past time for our family and this was by far the worst experience we have had in all three categories (entertainment, taste and $$$$). The only member of our party that had fun was our 5 yr old who heckled the cook for his numerous failed attempts to entertain. In short I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The atmosphere is nice, and food is good. Prices are very reasonable. Service could use a bit of help in the speed department, there were only 2 Teppanyaki chefs preparing food when I was there. Overall, the food was decent, I had the Fillet Mignon and the Chicken combo, and it was reasonably priced, and tasty. Everyone was quite friendly, although what really dragged it down was the speed of preparation, both before the chef came to the table, we had reservations for 8:30, and he did not start preparing until 9:10, and also during table preparation. I'll give the guy a few points I do believe he was quite new. Anyway, if you do like Teppanyaki-style dining, with a good atmosphere in Green Bay, this is a good place to visit, but not super-duper.

This is THE WORST restaurant in Green Bay, actually probably a top runner for worst restaurant in the state of Wisconsin. Not only is it run down and FILTHY, the quality of staff is the worst I've seen in years. I had an 8pm reservation, didn't sit down at our table until 9:10pm. The chef didn't even acknowledge us until 30 minutes later. Once the chef finally got going, he proceeded to accidentally drop the salt shaker into the sauce in front of me which then went flying all over my face, hair, and clothes. Ruined my clothes. The manager literally REFUSED to come out of the kitchen for the first 15 minutes to address the issue. Once he did, I told him what had happened and requested a free meal. I was absolutely dumbfounded when he wouldn't give me a free meal and after words were said he started swearing at me. He also told my husband the only reason he didn't hit him was because he would lose his job. Not only will I NEVER return to this hell hole, I will tell every single person I know NOT to support this D.U.M.P. I will go out of my way to trash this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE with TRASH for employees. Go back to the trailer park that you belong to.

Tim uses a better cuts of meat than many hibachi restaurants, and the quality shows. The chicken is the best chicken hibachi meal I've ever had. They don't use MSG in their soup, which I think leaves it with a little less flavour, but some people insist is more healthy.

Seconding the quality of meat used, as I always get the fillet mignon combination with something else. I always end up wishing I could get a fillet plus fillet because it's just so delectable. The show and the jokes get a little kitschy after you've eaten there a few times, and some of the chefs have better knife skills than others (although Tim himself is exceptionally talented and a treat to watch), but for a really good solid meal, you can't beat this hibachi-style dining. It's a great place to take kids, too, because the little show tends to inspire them eat their vegetables and try new things, perhaps more than they would have when the zucchini just appears at their table. The drinks are very generous and tasty and the ice cream or sherbet at the end of the meal is a nice touch. A definite winner.

Reservations were made for 7:00 p.m. but we were not seated until 8:00 p.m. and chef did not come to our table until 8:30 p.m. Totally unsatisfactory to make reservations and to have them so casually dismissed. The waitress did not seem to enjoy her job and was quite caustic. She must own the restaurant or be a close relative because any other fine dining restaurant would have not tolerated her behavior. In her defense she was the only waitress for 5 tables and she was kept hopping. However she would disappear into the kitchen for 10-15 minute intervals and customers were left with no one to tend to their requests. The chef was quite cordial and skilled at his job. I did notice the chefs would serve one table and then not serve another until one hour later even when the dining room tables were full to capacity and customers were anxiously waiting for service. Part of the problem obviously was not enough chefs or shorter breaks needed for the chefs, and the need for more waitresses .The food was quite tasty. My wife and I shared the shrimp and filet mignon dinner and we both had plenty to eat. Despite the food being quite good I would not return to this restaurant because of the cavalier attiude about good service for customers.

Two vegetarians and two carnivores go here for Saturday night dinner using a coupon-deal, all as first-timers. The ambiance was alright - five huge hibachi tables, each seating 8, around an open center floor. The bar was too small to accommodate waiting tables. They had some fun Japanese-themed drinks which were tasty (I had a Samurai and partner had a Wasabi Bloody Mary). Once we were seated at a table, a crabby waitress took our drink order and eventually food order. Once seated, it was a good 15-20 minutes before the chef actually came over. We had the veggie dinner and there was no veggie soup option (chicken or beef - how can you be a Japanese restaurant with no miso soup???), so we just had salad (only two choices of dressing - ranch or ginger. The ginger was tasty, but it pooled in the bottom), which was a salad little salad consisting of about half cup of iceberg lettuce smothered in dressing. The chef then came and he was soft-spoken, but entertaining. We got a large, tasty plate of veggies, parents got filet mignon and shrimp. We both shared plates because we'd heard portions were huge, which they were. We both shared, yet all left stuffed. The veggies were tasty and parents were happy with their meat. The veggies consisted of zucchini, onions, cabbage, and regular white mushrooms, so they were nothing special, but they were tasty. We all got a small bowl of rice along the side from the pleasant (I'm being sarcastic) waitress. Afterward, we got a bowl of either ice-cream or orange sherbert (included). We were supposed to also get tea (it was included in the meal), but no sign of that and no one asked. Overall, I'd say this place is decent for something a little different. I'd suggest to keep drinking to make it a bit more fun. The veggie food was good. Meat was reportedly quite tasty. Service was good from chef, not good from waitress.
